Online orders are pre order only and shipped via priority mail to ensure your cookies arrive in a timely manner for optimal freshness. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive.

We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives as perfect as the moment it leaves our hands. Once it leaves our hands we cannot guarantee or replace shipped perishable items.

For best results, store in an airtight container at room temperature. 

Cookies are best enjoyed when warm. You can re-heat them in your oven at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes or until cookie is warm. 

Do not store cookies in the refrigerator, this will dry them out. 

If you prefer to stack your cookies, place baking sheets between each layer of cookie. 

Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container. To defrost, leave them out at room tep for 2-3 hours.
